Dr Joe Armstrong is a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, EMDR Practitioner, Counsellor and Mental Health Professional with over 25 years experience of helping individuals and couples to overcome and cope better with a range of emotional, psychological, and life problems. He provides specialist therapy and coaching services to clients from across Central, Tayside and Fife regions of Scotland. Face-to-face appointments are available in Dollar, Dundee and Perth City Centre, or remotely via Skype.
