General information
After several years of training & being inspired by my instructors, I completed my training as a Personal Trainer in May 2013. I elected to specialise in Spin, GP Exercise Referral, Combat Strike and Core-work. Over the past 3 years I have battled with my own weight loss issues and now fully understand and appreciate the importance of having a well balanced nutrition plan as well as cardio programme.
I have also recently obtained my Practitioners Diploma in Chair/Seated Acupressure Massage.
I want to inspire people, I want someone to look at me and say “because of you I didn't give up!!”
