General information

I have an established practice as a Holistic Therapist. I work with a range of modalities to best support you - This may be physically with Massage Therapy to release specific issues such as frozen shoulder or tight muscles. Indian Head Massage to improve posture and relieve chronic symptoms of headaches and sinusitis. I work with a range of techniques to ease any physical discomfort or restriction with mobility, alongside the release of any emotional tensions.
I am a Reiki Master which means I facilitate regular workshops where you will be attuned to Reiki in order for you to use Reiki on yourself, family friends and animals - As you progress through your training you may then train to work on the general public as a Reiki Practitioner.
I offer individual sessions of Reiki Healing to support balance and flow for you in order to optimise your well being and enhance your life.
I offer counselling sessions on the basis of a regular weekly commitment for a minimum of four to six sessions in order to fully support the process of counselling.
I also work with local therapists to support the development of new businesses.
