I am a licensed Thrive Programme Consultant and I work in Dungannon, Coleraine and Enniskillen. .

MY JOURNEY

My interest in becoming a Thrive Programme Consultant was brought about through my own experience with depression and anxiety through my teenage years and into my early 20’s. It was only until I completed The Thrive Programme that I began to see the world differently and it has undoubtedly had a lasting effect on my life. I soon realised my issues weren’t “fixed” and that it was simply my ways of thinking. Techniques within the Programme helped me challenge my ways of thinking, boost my self-esteem, embrace challenges, change my mindset, among many other things. I became in control of my life. I began to THRIVE.

I now have the drive to help other people in similar situations. The programme is unique in that it helps many different types of issues with a high success rate in each. I am a registered Thrive Consultant and I am bound by the ATPC Code of Conduct and Ethics. I am constantly undergoing training to ensure my knowledge is up to date with modern studies and new evidence always being introduced.
