Fjord Personal training was created through a passion for quality personal training. No cowboys.
We use a series of psychometric tests which enable our trainers to create a fitness and nutrition plans tailored to you. This enables us to determine what motivates you, what makes you tick.
Personal training means assessing the individuals needs and tailoring a plan around them. The trainer is your consultant and if something doesn’t work, there is a discussion around it.

Fjord Personal training also understands that ‘life happens’ We work around your lifestyle changes and appreciate that you may not be able to do the things the way you used to.

We make ‘you’ happen again based on working towards realistic goals, never losing sight of them and celebrating achievements.
