In Kids Pilates in Action, we design our sessions accordingly to children's age to capture their attention; thus, our sessions are fun and short. Our programme additionally intends to engage parents and teachers in the Pilates practice, creating a healthier environment for the kids.
With the practice of Pilates, children’s muscles become more flexible and stronger, allowing healthy growth and the development of their musculoskeletal system. The creation of a balanced body improves their sports’ performance and prevents from injuries caused by high-impact sports.

Alternatively, practising Pilates develops children’s interpersonal skills through interaction with their classmates during their exercise sessions; this also increases their confidence and self-esteem.
