Tiger Fitness is a new brand brought to Thetford, the launch date is Friday 13th November at Charles Burrell Centre, Thetford.
We aim to promote a healthy, active lifestyle and are a sister club to 24 Fit club, Thetford.
Our club is based on circuit training, high intensity to help burn fat and gain lean muscle mass.
Our instructor, Richard Taylor is circuit and group instructing qualified, as well as a fully qualified indoor cycling instructor.
