At the Roger Gracie Academy - Farringdon we are committed to provide the cutting edge Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training to a team of over 250 students. We have a team of excellent instructors led by Cesar Lima. We run 5 classes per day, 5 days per week and also classes on Saturdays and Sundays. The classes are separated from beginner students to advanced students. Please check our timetable for more information. The classes take about one hour. During the class the instructor will provide a warm up, techniques and sparring. Feel free to contact us if you have any query. You will need to attend 15 minutes before the class starts with athletic attire (ie shorts or sweatpants and t-shirt).
