This page is not just to share our fantastic products, but to share my pictures and love for food for others to appreciate. The Smokey Carter started out in 2013 making chutneys and Sauces for family and friends to give as gifts for Christmas. In 2014 we started The Smokey Carter. Since then it has become a bit of a regular thing and more and more people are hearing about our condiments and are placing orders to distribute between their family and friends. Through recipe refinement and sourcing of quality produce, The Smokey Carter are now producing some fantastic sauces to meet with the demand. Our current customer favorites are The Smokey Carter 'Original Recipe Smoked Chipotle and Bourbon BBQ Sauce' and our 'Sweet and Fiery Chilli Jam'.
