My name is Louise and I started my own journey in Pilates 3 years ago. I was pregnant and suffering from severe SPD, unable to walk and in a wheelchair. I also had ongoing problems from a previous hip operation. Having being a very active and sporty person prior to this I Was feeling pretty low about the state of my body and lack of ability to do any exercise. However, then a friend suggested I try Pilates and the rest as they say is History. The practice of Pilates has transformed my life both mentally and physically. After two years of practicing Pilates I decided I wanted to train as an instructor so I could help other people from all walks of life to Benifit from the many benefits of Pilates. I am now a fully qualified Level 3 Pilates Teacher and set up TipToe Pilates at the beginning of 2016. I hope my story has inspired you to try Pilates or come back to it and look forward to continuing my lifetime practice and journey in Pilates with you.
