I take a flexible approach to the structure of the coaching. There is no minimum number of sessions to sign up to and time between sessions is dependent upon your progress and needs.

My main focus is on hearing the client's perspective and using questions to help them understand their situation as fully as they need. Through questioning I ensure clear goals are set for the session and will use a number of tools to help achieve clarity and goal setting as needed.

I have been formally coaching since mid 2013 and gained the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 (Masters level) Executive Mentoring and Coaching qualification in 2014.

I'm a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council UK and am coach in adherence to their code of ethics for coaches.

An initial 1 hour session is offered to establish if coaching is for you and that I'm the right coach for you. This normally costs £30. Sessions costs £60 for a 1 hour and offers for pre-booked block of 6 sessions.
