We help businesses and leaders with their journey in the ever changing world.

Our first two programmes are;
• Creating Leadership ViTALiTi, a long term programme that helps leaders with their physical and mental agility
• Creating purpose with meaning, which helps organisations find their true meaning

The company was formed by experienced CEO, Ian Hacon, who saw a market need for the programmes offered and the delivery style.

The company is aligned the principles of Conscious Capitalism, Shared Value and the B Team, and will be producing a number of other programmes in to support these initiative.

This originates from 2 sources of inspirational figures in history Gandhi who said;
“The future depends on what you do today.”
― Mahatma Gandhi
And Mohamed Ali who used this as a visualisation technique (one of the techniques used in both the ViTaLiTi and Purpose programmes).
Muhammad Ali, the world’s greatest boxer, used a visualisation technique that he liked to call ‘Future History’. It’s a very powerful technique that you can use to programme your mind for success.
In the days preceding a match, Muhammad would picture himself at the end of the fight with his arms lifted in the air and the referee proclaiming him the champion. He would visualise this so vividly, with total commitment and belief. He would hear the crowds cheering and shouting his name, he would feel how amazing it felt to win. He was totally in the zone. All his energy and focus would then be directed to making this happen.
When he walked into the ring he was extremely well prepared, both mentally and physically. He’d already won the fight in his mind and so his subconscious mind would be constantly looking out for ways to make his desired outcome true.
