Somatic Tao offers a combined holistic approach to treat all manner of physical and emotional symptoms ranging from: panic and anxiety; to rage and depression due to abuse; to pain from physical injury or surgery. Working with the body awareness of Somatic Experiencing (SE), the biology of trauma and the Taoist philosophy of Chinese Medicine, trauma energy locked in your body is encouraged to come back into flow and transform you back to health. You regain emotional resilience and increase your capacity for life.

I have over 14 years experience of working with stress, emotional distress and trauma. I am one of the few certified SEPs/SE Training Assistants in the country, currently one of only two SEPs in the UK approved to provide Case Consults for the SEP Certificate, and a member of the UK and Australian SE Training Teams. This experience combined with familiarity with medical terms and drug mechanisms gained from my previous pharmaceutical career, enables me to bring a unique and comprehensive approach to my clients.
