General information

My name is Jade and I am a KG Hypnobirthing teacher offering one to one classes on hypnobirthing.

KG Hypnobirthing is logical, simple, practical and very effective; a complete antenatal education.
It makes a difference to your experience of giving birth, and gives you the tools to give your baby the best possible start in life.
Hypnobirthing changes and empowers both the mother and father, and has the most profound effect on the baby which will last a lifetime.

At 26weeks pregnant I was told on holiday in spain that my baby was going to be born and I had to be prepared for this to happen in the next couple of weeks - something that I was not. I was scared to death and was certainly not prepared, this is how I came across hypnobirthing. After only one class of hypnobirthing I felt more prepared and happy at giving birth, the fear had almost disappeared. I was due to do a full course of classes but like they had said in spain my baby came early and she was 10weeks premature - I went into spontaneous labour and used the very few techniques I had been taught and had a successful natural birth lasting just four hours.

I then went onto having my second child only 11months after my first - I was desperate to fully study hypnobirthing which me and my husband did day in and day out.
I was excited for the birth and new exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it and had supporting information to help me gain this successfully thanks to hypnobirthing.
I went on to have the most beautiful water birth lasting only two hours with nothing but happiness and lots of tears of joy.

I then found myself telling anyone and everyone I knew about KG Hypnobirthing and how absolutely fantastic is was which then led me to go that one step further and successfully complete my KG Hypnobirthing teacher training course.

I am excited and filled with joy at my new venture and look forward to teaching this incredible knowledge with all new mums and dads to be.
