General information
A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
My name is Mark Thomas and I have been playing the guitar for 30 years. I qualified as a session guitarist in 1997 but my love for music didn't stop there and I went on to learn to play the drums and keyboard as well as banjo and ukulele. I have performed in a variety of bands over the years as well as live on TV. The buzz from performing is amazing but I have found the reward of inspiring others even greater.
My teaching experience spans over 20 years and includes private work as well as teaching in schools, for which I am fully DBS checked. I have helped people of all abilities and ages (my youngest being 5 and oldest a 92 year old partially sighted gentleman!). I also have experience teaching children and adults with disabilities. I am extremely proud of the 100% success rate I have in getting students through their graded exams and have helped many students get accepted into music colleges.
