Bootcamps and kickboxing fitness sessions run by qualified instructors with years of experience between them.
Men and women on Mondays and Saturdays
But sometimes it's good to not have the pressure of those burly gym guys checking out your every move, it's good to just relax and work hard with others after the same goal. This is why we choose ladies only sessions on Weds.
Each pad class focuses on arms and legs using kickboxing techniques.
The class is a mix of cardio, ab and core work, exercises but mostly putting some music on and hitting those pads.
Each Drayton Parslow Monday class is currently only £4 per session, or £5 for the two hour session.
Each Shenley Lodge Wednesday class is currently only £5 per hour session, or £7.50 for the two hour session.
Each Bletchley Saturday class is currently only £4 per session, or £5 for the full 90 mins.
