General information

We sell various cookware through eBay and our online shops. We are focused on selling high quality Indian cookware and freshly blended and ground Indian Spices however we are constantly expanding our range and looking for new ideas! At this stage our eBay shop is thriving and we hope to launch an online shop, further products and possibly a cook book in the near future, watch this space as they say.

All items are sourced and quality controlled by the best Indian chef in the UK, my mum Shashi Aggarwal, a theortical multi Michelin award winner. With over 45 years of cookery experience, she has lived in Kenya, Indian and the UK and she is an oracle of Indian cookery knowledge and skill, much to my benefit. She home cooks 12 course indian meals for friends and family regularly and is still constantly learning and improving her culinary flair.

We love to talk to other passionate cooks who are as passionate about cooking authentic Indian food as we are. We love sharing traditional family recipes that have been passed down within our large family (120 members!) and love improving the way we cook by sharing ideas and improvements.
