CrossFit North Devon is a gym based in Barnstaple. We offer a Core Strength and Conditioning Program that focuses on natural human movement patterns. Our athletes (YOU) are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges, obtained from such classical sports as Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting and Athletics. These challenges in turn optimize your cardio and respiratory endurance stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
