She founded Big Me Up Media in 2012 after being made redundant from her job as Newsreader/Editor for Capital FM in the Midlands.

She is also the co-founder of Nottingham's biggest and best boot camp Action Boot Camp launched 5 years ago and she used all her media know how to catapult that business.
