General information

I’m a clinical hypnotherapist and I run a very successful hypnotherapy practice here in the centre of Bournemouth. My clients are basically anyone who is not achieving what they want to in life, anyone who is struggling to reach a goal or who is unhappy in some way. I help people with anxiety and depression, to people who want to be better at public speaking, or perhaps aren’t achieving what they want to in their career because they lack confidence to go for that promotion. I help anyone who has something which is holding them back, whether that’s in their work life, social life or personal life. The great thing about hypnotherapy is that it works very quickly. In most cases you will only need a few treatments to overcome your issue.
I come from a science background so apply a scientific approach to my therapy which is one of the reasons my clients choose me over other hypnotherapists in the area.
