Our oils have the authentic taste of FRESH olive oil, bottled asap after milling; nothing compares in the shops. It's a completely different taste experience (unless you know and olive farmer...)
We pick and mill in December and bottle the first week in January. Every bottle is dated. Our oils are always new season, unfiltered, and from single estates so unblended.
Personally supervised from tree to the bottle by Deborah MacMillan and Natalie Wheen (whose names are on the bottle) the oils are guaranteed pure extra virgin, unadulterated and uncontaminated. And because of quick bottling, the oils keep the maximum of nutrients, benefits and taste.
From Lesvos Island Greece, these oils are golden in colour and light in consistency. They are gourmet 'finishing' oils, for dressing salads, hot vegetables, soups - and just dipping with bread
