Just a few minutes walk from the dunes and sandy beach, we also have uninterrupted rural views to the rear across the SSSI protected sheep studded marshes.
Parking directly outside front door.
Walking distance to pub/restaurant and further restaurants. Many more good restaurants, inns and tea rooms in the pretty and cobbled medieval town of Rye, just 3 miles away.
Many extras provided. Good welcome pack,large welcome basket, adult bath robes/slippers/mini toiletries/ 2 adult bicycles for guests use [please provide own helmets] Up to date DVD's. Wi-fi. Nintendo Wii games console. Gas bbq.
Located close to the borders with Kent, we are in historic 1066 country and make an ideal base for exploring Sussex and Kent and many historic sites.
