I have 15 years experience as a therapeutic sports massage therapist.
I offer professional, safe, effective techniques for relief from: pain and stiffness in your back, neck, shoulders and limbs; sprains and strains; sports injuries; muscle spasm; relief from the negative effects induced by stress, anxiety and fatigue.
The benefits of massage: Increased circulation of blood, lymphatic fluids and nutrients; Helps improve posture, flexibility and range of motion through your limbs and joints; Promotes relaxation and aids deeper and more restful sleep.
I can also offer exercise and postural advice.
