General information
My name is Sue Reid. I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy.
My aim is to inspire people to discover who they really are and become who they really want to be.
I have spent my whole 40-year career to date in finance. Looking for a change, I liked the idea of incorporating the two parts of my job that I love – meeting people and helping people, into three areas of interest. These are: achieving a great life, staying healthy and being at peace with the world.
On this basis, the three areas I am skilled to help people with, are:
Building (or Rebuilding) Confidence
Healthy Weight Loss
Stress Management
The success of my business is down to being able to understand people and how they see their world at a point in time, then helping them to ‘reframe’ negative beliefs and ‘choose’ positive beliefs instead.
