General information

Since establishing Fit For Life in September 2008, I have been helping a wide variety of clients successfully achieve their health and fitness goals. Over the last 3 and a half years I have worked with a wide variety of individuals, from serious athletes to the morbidly obese, with enormous success. I don't do gimmicks, short cuts or sell unrealistic dreams. I simply provide you with the motivation, know-how, nutritional and lifestyle advice to help you achieve whatever it is you want to achieve. Fit For Life is not a random, cool-sounding name I plucked out of the air - it's what I decided from day one I wanted my business to help people achieve. Hours: Very flexible, only day off I take is Sunday. I work around your needs.

Based: Fitness First in Mere Green, Four Oaks. However I can do home visits within the Tamworth / Birmingham and Lichfield area.

Price: Varies. Consultation is free and you are entitled to a 45 minute complimentary session also. If you choose to employ me it is £30 an hour, or £25 if you have more than one session per week. Sessions are not limited to one hour - 45 minute sessions are £20, half hour sessions £15.

What you get: As well as a dedicated professional with 1000's of hours worth of Personal Training experience, you will also get a monthly newsletter keeping you informed on the latest research and Science in the fields of health and nutrition. You will have a baseline assessment which includes a postural check, body fat analysis, a structural balance assessment and a needs analysis. This all comes as part of the initial consultation. You will also receive regular assessments to monitor your progress and a program tailored to serve your individual goals and needs.
