Our enjoyable workshops offer children the chance to develop their drawing, painting and sculpture skills in an encouraging, non-judgemental environment.
With only 4% of the school year dedicated to art, we provide budding artists with valuable time to explore the work of different artists and to try different techniques. A parent recently said thank you for giving her son confidence that he can ‘do art’ and another said she was particularly impressed by the way we ‘recognise and promote the children’s individuality’.
We don’t assess the children’s artwork to an expected standard as we recognise that the art world is varied and what matters is the freedom to express ourselves without fear of judgement. If a child leaves our workshop more confident in their artistic ability, then our job is done!
