HypnoBirthing® is a tried and tested antenatal programme. The course teaches you specific relaxation skills which encourages your body to give birth to your baby as nature intended.

Combining self-hypnosis with powerful relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques, HypnoBirthing® enables you to prepare your body and mind to create a calm and enjoyable birthing experience.

HypnoBirthing® is suitable for all types of births whether you are planning to have your baby in a hospital, birth centre or at home. The skills you learn can be applied to all birthing environments.

HypnoBirthing® also focuses on the role of the birthing partner and teaches specific techniques that allows your partner to be involved throughout your labour.
