General information
I am able to fix most computer and laptop problems, particularly software ones, in your home at your convenience. I will give you an approximate time for my visit and usually manage to be there on time.
If you are having problems with wireless devices, networking, and broadband issues particularly slow internet speeds I can help with all aspects of this including calling your ISP to arrange repair if it is a BT fault.
Ask about any difficulties you have with installing software or connecting equipment to your computers, such as TV, XBOX, Home cinema etc
You may call me almost any time but please no calls after 9pm unless it is an emergency. I work from home so I would appreciate if you can call before you arrive to check I am at home, and make an appointment.
