Shaolin Gym Kung-Fu offers a friendly, traditional approach with a modern outlook on todays fitness requirements and learning a practical martial art that has been tried and tested.
Our training equipment includes using focus pads, kick shields & traditional Kung-Fu weapons that students will progress onto.
Students work with partners to learn how to apply techniques if a situation may occur in everyday life.
Kung-Fu helps strengthen the mind body and spirit to build self confidence & discipline.
Shaolin Gym Kung Fu are members of the BCCMA (British Council for Chinese Martial Arts).
