We aim to provide individually tailored regimes for the physical treatment of illness or injury

I employ a wide range of therapeutic techniques including, spinal and peripheral joint manipulation, deep tissue massage, acupuncture, electrotherapy, postural and ergonomic advice, exercise therapy, gait re-education and strategic pain management.

The strategic management of physical symptoms is of particular interest to me as I have additional qualifications in hypnotherapy and neurolinguistc programming.

With physiotherapy, I aim to reduce the symptoms of pain and inflammation in a wide variety of short and long term conditions and improve the health of the tissues.
I also aim to improve and restore physical function.

Physiotherapy can be helpful in the treatment of many conditions such as; sports injuries, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, painful backs or necks, sciatica, joint stiffness, neurological conditions, recovery from surgery, recovery from trauma, whiplash and many more.

I aim to provide a friendly, patient centered service with thorough assessments, treatments and follow up where required. I am happy to give support and advice over the telephone. I have also been known to be called out, out of hours, in an emergency.

Initial assessment and treatment in clinic is £35, follow up treatment is £30.

I am happy to visit you at home to provide this service if travelling is difficult for you.
The cost of an initial home visit is £45 and follow up visits are £40.
