Precision Massage is a Sports Massage service based within Seaford and Eastbourne, East Sussex, however home visits can be arranged upon request to suit client's. Massage can help to reduce postural problems, muscular tension, aches, pains, and cramp within the body. If you are preparing for an event or recovering from an event then precision massage can play an important part in your performance and recovery. Sports massage is not just for people who play sports, it helps with muscular/joint injuries + postural issues.

30 minutes- £25
60 minutes- £40

Treatment packages:
3 x 30 minute sessions for £70 saving £5

5 x 30 minute sessions for £110 saving £15
