Ten Count is open to all. The gym can be hired by the hour for clubs, classes or personal training. Primarily this is a no nonsense boxing gym with all the facilities you need and not a single piece of equipment that you don't.
We have a full size boxing ring, matted area, punch bags, pads, medicine balls.
The rules here are simple. Attitudes stay outside, hard work goes on inside and everyone is equal.
