Fighting-fit is designed to suit both the serious Boxer who wants to fight and also for the non-Boxer who wants to use Boxing to improve their fitness levels.
We aim to attract people to fighting fit who want to get fit using either our circuits or boot camp style training ,we also want serious boxers to train as fighters for future semi pro/white collar/charity events , we have various classes for different reasons for coming to fighting-fit and also personal 1to 1training.
