Banbridge Cryospa combines Sports rehabilitation & recovery using Cold Water Immersion (CWI) which has materialised as one of the most popular and effective recovery strategies. Every factor is considered to achieve optimal levels of recovery and has been methodically tested by University of Ulster. Based on the most up to date clinical evidence, the Cryospa creates an advantageous condition for the reduction and treatment of soft tissue injuries and alleviates muscle soreness post training.
Integral to what we offer at Banbridge Cyrospa and Rehabilitation centre is our Sports Therapy Department. Gary Hazley MSST has over 25 years experience in remedial and rehabilitation exercise. As a member of The Society of Sports Therapists he is qualified to examine, assess, diagnose injury and to deliver a range of Electrotherapy Modalities which includes Therapeutic Ultrasound, Interferential and Tens. We can also offer Pre/Post activity Massage, Pre/Post activity Taping, specialist Kinesio Taping and Remedial & Preventative Programming.
