FRANKS TEAM have brought together the best in Mixed Martial Arts.
Our classes are taught by highly and certified professionals with a minimum of 10 years’ coaching experience.
We offer a variety of authentic classes that can suit everyone from beginners to advanced .
Classes:
MMA all levels:
Monday - Wednesday - Friday - 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
MMA Advanced
Monday and Wednesday - 8:30 pm to 9:45 pm
MMA Beginner:
Monday and Wednesday - 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
MMA Fit:
Tuesday and Thursday - 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
MMA TEEN (12-17 years old)
Tuesday and Thursday - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Boxing
Tuesday and Thursday -20:30 to 21:45
BJJ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 am to 12:00 pm Monday and Wednesday 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Friday 4:00pm to
Saturday 11:30 to 13:00.
Capoeira
Saturday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Prices:
Per class - BJJ £10.00 other £7.00
Per class - teen £5.00
Monthly memberships available from £40.00 it will depend on your choice of classes.
