General information
Be True Be You is a counselling service in East Lancashire. I offer person centred counselling to adults and children, to individuals, organisations and employee assistance programmes and children in schools. I use the person centred model as my base for all of my counselling work and utilise other modalties to meet the needs of my clients.
I offer face to face, one to one talking therapy for adults and play therapy for children. My work in schools involved talking therapy, play therapy, brief solution focused therapy and group work.
My personal motto is
Accept and embrace who 'you' are. Only then can you be true to yourself and to others.
