Ares Combat Milton Keynes has over 10,000 Sq Ft of space available, we have designed our centre into 4 amazing and focused zones;
The Power Zone - An amazing gym with all the best training equipment to allow you to train in comfort and with loads of space.
The Cardio Zone - Perfect for those endurance athletes or those looking to burn calories, our Cardio Zone has all the latest equipment and is positioned right next to the power zone to enhance your full body workout.
The Combat Zone - Why not take one of our four combative arts classes, we offer classes for Little Warriors (4-6) Warriors (7-12) Spartans (13-17) or adults and we dont charge you anything for this training, its all included in the membership.
The Fitness Zone - A great area for those looking to lose weight, our HIIT classes such as insanity, zumba and BodyCombat are run throughout the day, so whether you want to take an early morning class, or one that is on while your child is training in the combat zone there is always a class for you.
