Welcome to this Facebook page where I will post my news, observations and thoughts about homeopathy and the Emotional Freedom Technique, as well as suggestions and tips which I hope you will find helpful and interestingl.
Homeopathy has been practiced for 250 years, is trusted by millions of people around the world and is still based firmly on the principle "Like Cures Like". EFT has only been around for almost 20 years but has had a huge impact on healing. I have found in my practice that the two therapies complement each other, often bringing about profound changes and helping clients through difficult periods in their lives which is immensely rewarding.
Of course, both methods can be used for self-help for less serious issues; as well as individual sessions, I run occasional workshops in both homeopathy and EFT so please contact me if you would be interested in joining one.
