General information

We are a team of 3 fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellors with a wide range of experience of counselling and supporting adults, children and young people. We work in a Client-Centred manner, providing a solid foundation for therapy, building on trust and mutual respect.

We offer both short and long-term therapy for those experiencing a variety of concerns including:

All of our counsellors have:
~ Full qualifications in Counselling & Psychotherapy
~ up to date DBS (formerly CRB) criminal records checks
~ Individual membership of BACP (British Association for Counselling
and Psychotherapy)
~ Full Indemnity Insurance
