Hi
I'm Tania and I love to sew, if I'm not sewing I'm thinking about sewing. So I have decided to turn this passion into something I can share with other people by making and selling baby and children's clothing as well as occasional seasonal goods such as Christmas decorations. Terms and Conditions

Payment
All items need to be paid in full before work will commence on an item. Payment is to be made through paypal.

Posting/Delivery Times
I endeavour to have all items made within two weeks but if there is a delay in receiving fabric etc. then this may mean a delay of up to four weeks. If in the very unlikely event an item can not be made and delivered within four weeks I will make contact with you to confirm when the item will be ready for delivery or give you the option for a full refund.

All items will be sent via Royal Mail second class signed for at a rate of £3.90.

Returns Policy

Instock Items
Any instock item can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. If for any reason you do wish to return an item please contact me first. If you do decide to return an item as long as you have made contact within 14 days of receipt and then returned the item to me in the same condition as it was received within 14 days you will receive a full refund excluding the cost of postage. Please note that returning an item in this circumstance will be at your own cost. If you make contact after 14 days of receipt then you will not be entitled to a refund.

Personalised Items
Any personalised item, non stock item can only be returned for a full refund if in the very unlikely circumstance that it is damaged or faulty, please see below for terms for damaged and faulty items. If you do have an issue with an item then please don't hesitate to contact me.

Faulty/ Damaged Goods
In the very unlikely circumstance that an item is received damaged or faulty then please make contact with me within 14 days of receipt. The item should be returned to me within 14 days of reporting the problem for a full refund. If an item is damaged or faulty then the cost of postage for returning the item will also be refunded once the item is received by me. If you make contact after 14 days of receipt then you will not be entitled to a full refund.
