General information

I Started my healing journey in 2013 after suffering with huge amounts of stress being a teacher, I just thought there has to be a more holistic way to live and be. So I went to Nepal and climbed the Himalayas which was a truely profound and spiritual experience, From there I went to Thailand and learnt all about permaculture and the art of Thai Massage and this too was a very healing experience. Two years later I went back to Thailand and spent three months learning how to teach Thai massage and spent some time in Indonesia and in Vietnam learning about their healing arts. In 2015 I completed my one year Complimentary therapies qualification in aromatherapy, Swedish massage and Refelexology. I also did further trainings in Raindrop therapy and spent time as a therapist in the healing areas of festivals such as Womad, Yoga Connect, and Shambala. I now have my own practice and also work for another mobile massage business in Bristol. I love what I do and am very passionate about healing people and helping them on their journey by giving them advice on exercises, stretches, diet, relaxation techniques and by giving them healing treatments and offering the space for this to happen.
