Brett Shaw (resident Producer,Engineer,Mixer) Recent work includes engineering on Clean Bandit's track "Rather Be", which won Best Dance Recording at this years GRAMMY awards, as well as producing a track on Florence and the Machine's new album, How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful- (Deluxe edition that went to number 1 in the U.k the U.S and twenty other countries album charts). "Rather Be" went on to become the fasting selling single since "Spaceman" by Babylon zoo in 1996 as well as receiving the most streams in a single week on Spotify ever! (1.09 Million, and 200 million youtube views). It was also voted 4th best song of 2014 on Billboard and won Best contemporary song and Most performed work at the 2015 Ivor Novello awards
