As an Iyengar Yoga Instructor I aim to inspire people to become more disciplined, enabling them to aquire improved fitness for mind, body and soul. Yoga has scientifically proven benefits to general overall health.
As a Reiki Practitioner I also help people look after their inner health and well-being. Well-being is a balance of a harmonious mind, body and soul and I would like the opportunity to help you focus inwards which leads to samadhi, the state of bliss.
My goal is to help people help themselves.
