Having had an interest in nutrition and personal development for over 30 years Nigel then fell into the coaching and therapy world.In 2010 he updated his personal training qualifications, which have since been significantly added to. Nigel turned 50 in 2014 and realised at this time how many of his peers were suffering from health challenges. This was the birth of Fiftyfit - a space where you can have the condensed knowledge of 30 years to keep you fighting fit and healthy, (true health is not just the absence of disease) ready to conquer the world.
