I am a BACP accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist; approved by the register for Health and Social Care (cert no 037697). I offer long and short term counselling in Didcot, South Oxfordshire and Jericho in Oxford City Centre. I have over 20 years of experience and welcome working with people from all backgrounds and life experiences. I have an Integrative approach, influenced by a Person Centred, Buddhist thinking, Cognitive Behavioural strategies (CBT) and Mindfulness. My approach to counselling is one of seeing us all as unique, with an ability to grow and heal ourselves.
