"Equilibrium For Life" is a professional Counselling/ Life Coaching and Analytical Hypnotherapy service which can help you to understand and manage distressing emotional conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, loss and change e.g the end of a relationship, career or health changes etc, unresolved grief and attachment issues. Counselling/life coaching and/or analytical hypnotherapy can also help with unwanted habits such as smoking, over eating or alcohol misuse etc, phobias, the management of work/life balance and much more.
The Counselling/Life Coaching and Analytical Hypnotherapy is carried out by a highly experienced and qualified Counsellor who is an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and as such abides by the ethical framework of the NCS.
My role as your Counsellor/life coach and analytical hypnotherapist is to act like a psychological mirror in which you can see yourself more clearly and understand yourself better and to help you to find your unique strategies/tools for change.
Whilst I can counsel/coach people of all ages my specialty is in working with primary and secondary school aged clients.
