Hi I'm Helen! I am a fully qualified dance teacher with the International Dance Teachers' Association and am both first aid trained and DBS checked. I have been teaching for Ecco Dance & Performing Arts Centre in Sheffield for the last 7 years. In 2014 I decided to branch out into teaching dance inspired fitness classes for adults and have discovered a real passion for encouraging women to get into exercise through the use of fun, dance based work out routines helping them achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. In addition to my teaching, I am also a championship adjudicator for the Association of Dance and Freestyle Professionals judging at competitions around the UK.
