General information
Charlie Storrie is a certified Body Control Teacher and established Poised Pilates in 2015 in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. She was immediately inspired by her very first Pilates class and realised that studying and teaching Pilates was exactly how she’d love to transition her more than 25 years of dance and passion for physical strength & wellness.
Charlie has over 12 years teaching experience as a qualified primary school teacher, a teacher of dance and an aerial circus instructor. With a wealth of teaching experience behind her and an enormous passion for Pilates; she aims to create an environment where clients love to learn and share a lifelong love for Pilates.
