Stuff 4 Fun is a family business and our objective is simply to give you the very best customer service experience, from the time you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. Once you entrust your valuable order with us our aim is to keep you informed at each stage of the process. This starts with a prompt email confirmation for your peace of mind, detailing your requirements and instructions to make sure we have got it right and it doesn't matter whether your order is placed with us at 3:00pm on Monday afternoon or 3:00am on Sunday morning you will know almost immediately that your details have been safely received at the Stuff 4 Fun order centre. Our efficient despatch team will even let you know by email the minute your order has left us and en-route so that you will know when to expect it and if you want to track your parcel you can click on the link in our despatch advice email, add the tracking number we have provided and hey presto, it really is that simple.

We aim to manage our stocks efficiently to give you off-the-shelf deliveries, which when combined with excellent relationships with our logistics partner and costume suppliers, ensures that even an out of stock item can be delivered to you within just a few days. On the rare occasion when high demand for our excellent fancy dress costumes means that neither we nor our suppliers can fulfil your order in a reasonable time we will let your know, normally within a few hours. If we can we will recommend possible alternatives and if you select from our recommendation list we will either give you a 10% discount if the choice is from a lower priced product or price match your original choice if a more expensive option is preferred; this is our way of saying sorry for letting you down. Of course you can also opt for a refund, in which case we will give you 10% off your next order with us.

We have 100's of quality costumes at affordable prices to choose from, whether you are looking for a Superman outfit for your Stag party, or the girls are getting together for a night out or Hen party dressed as their favourite Disney Character or the outrageous Lady Gaga. We are confident that you will be able to find something to impress your friends with from our vast range of licensed and generic fancy dress costumes.

These days there are many opportunities to dress up and become someone else, or someone famous, like Michael Jackson for instance. Carnivals, festivals, Marathons and Music events such as the hugely popular Bestival, (the list is endless), often have fancy dress themes. So why miss out on the fun?
