Zenfist Kickboxing Club

General information

Unfortunately I must put all Zenfist Classes on hold for the foreseeable future, I would like to thank all the students I've trained over the years and hope you have taken something good from the lessons, I know I have, So thanks again for being awesome!

I have been asked about private lessons and anyone interested can contact me.

What will i be learning?
You will be learning traditional Kickboxing some might call it Contact Karate..
The Kickboxing you will be learning at Zenfist differs from MuayThai in that it involves no kicks to the legs or elbow strikes in competition, although we do train these techniques in the self defence portion of the class.
Anyone who has trained with me before knows the score Hard but fun,
Traditional Kickboxing ..Flexibility, Conditioning, Pad and Bag work, Sparring, My Special Si-Co Circuits that will break you down and build you up!
and of course a lot of laughs :)
All this will be held in the Brand New fully matted Hakuda Ryu Budokan ..A Great Dojo.. Complete with mirrored walls and hanging bags.
